Rates are based on a six person
occupancy. There will be a $10 per night charge for extra people. There will
also be a $200 security and
cleaning cash deposit. The deposit will be mailed back to you after checkout
if the cabin is found clean and without damage. 50% of the rate is due at
the time of booking. The remainder is due prior to check-in.
High Season (Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend)
$750 per week
$150 per night - Friday Saturday and Holidays (Holiday 3 day weekends
require all 3 days to be rented, otherwise there is a two night
minimum.)
$110 per night - Sunday thru Thursday
Low Season (January – May, October – December)
$550 per week
$115 per night - Friday, Saturday and Holidays (2 night minimum)
$ 90 per night - Sunday thru Thursday |
